USSC Roof Cement Coating is a solvent based rubber acrylic polymeric resin coating with exceptional flexibility, excellent adhesion and superb weather-water resistance. Formulated to resist cracking and peeling even in water ponding conditions. Can be used for problem solving a small section or the whole roof. Bright white finish reduces surface temperatures thereby minimizing under the roof temperatures lowering energy costs.

Formulated and manufactured at our location in Alpharetta GA, USA, this product is a extremely tough, yet very flexible coating / cement designed to patch, seal and water proof problem areas on roofs like where water is collecting and ponding. Being solvent it dries extremely fast even in cold conditions. It forms an excellent bond to all substrates and its water proofing properties are excellent. Also use to water proof and seal areas on metal roofs around skylights, cracks, seams, vents, drains, metal joints, etc. Can be used with roof fabric for extra strength, stability and protection.
