Formulated and manufactured at USSC's facility in Alpharetta GA, ReSURFACE is a thoroughly tested, revolutionary formulation that cures, hardens when sprinkled with water. ReSURFACE is eco friendly and can be used in any weather conditions indoors or outdoors to renew / restore / fix damaged rubber floor mats. ReSURFACE coating cross links, hardens fast to a very strong durable binder / coating / overlay to adhere extremely well to rubber mat surface to repair / coat the worn down / damaged surface areas for years more of service. The restored when broadcasted with the black or white aggregate will look like asphalt or concrete.
1) Clean the old, damaged Rubber MAT surface free off oil, dust, dirt and any loose substrate.
2) Make sure the ReSURFACER coating is thoroughly mixed before application.
3) Apply / Spread the ReSURFACER LIQUID on the damage surfaces using a brush, roller or a flat squeeze.
4) Let the coating settle in the cracks and the damaged area.
5) On the spread ReSURFACE liquid, broadcast the Black or the White till the liquid coating is saturated with the aggregate.
6) Add more aggregate on any wet bald spots, if needed.
7) Lightly sprinkle water on the above ReSURFACE patch to initiate cure.
8) Depending on the temperature the patch is ready to put in service (2 - 5 hours).
9) If needed a second coat can be applied following the above procedure.
10) The repaired RUBBER MAT surface will look like fresh asphalt or concrete ready for years of service.
