Formulated and manufactured at USSC's plant in Alpharetta GA, DuraPave LIQUID is a thoroughly tested, revolutionary formulation that cures, hardens when sprinkled with water. It is eco friendly and can be used in any weather conditions. DuraPave LIQUID cross links, hardens fast to a very strong durable binder / coating / overlay to patch potholes of more than 1 inch deep. This versatile product can also be applied as a thin layer to permanently repair top layers of damaged asphalt or concrete. Recommended to repair both, deep damage areas or superficial damages, on roads, streets, highways, runways, parking decks, driveways, walkways. DuraPave LIQUID hardens to be stronger than road surfaces, in effect the repairs are stronger, more durable and permanent.
TO REPAIR SUPERFICIAL DAMAGE ON ASPHALT less than 1 inch in depth or to reinforce asphalt surface with a stronger non skid overlay.
1) Clean the surface, free off oil, dust, debris and any loose substrate.
2) Cracks, damaged asphalt with aggregate showing is OK.
3) Apply the DuraPave LIQUID using a brush or a flat squeeze.

TO REPAIR POTHOLE DEEP DAMAGE ON ASPHALT more than 1 inch in depth.
1) Clean the surface, free off oil, dust, debris and any loose substrate.
2) The pothole can be patched using DuraPAVE and aggregate but gets expensive.
3) To lower costs, we recommend patch the pot hole using QuikCrete cement.
4) Mix the cement following directions. Fill and trowel the Quikcrete smoothly over the patch.
5) Any fine cracks, and shallow damaged areas next to the pothole can be smoothly feathered with the cement also.
6) The asphalt pothole repair with cement will not last for a long time, especially the fine area will start falling apart soon. The color will also be different. it needs to be reinforced with the DuraPave LIQUID.
7) Apply the DuraPave LIQUID using a brush or a flat squeeze on the entire top concrete surface.
8) Sprinkle DuraPave BLACK AGGREGATE on the damaged areas coated with DP LIQUID.
9) Saturate the area with aggregate and add more aggregate on wet bald spots if needed.

4) Mix the cement following directions. Fill and trowel the Quikcrete smoothly over the patch.
5) Any fine cracks, and shallow damaged areas next to the pothole can be smoothly feathered with the cement.
6) By itself, the pothole repair with just cement will not last for a long time, especially the fine areas will start falling apart soon. The filled pothole needs to be reinforced with the DuraPave LIQUID.
7) Apply the DuraPave LIQUID using a brush or a flat squeeze on the entire top concrete surface.
8) Sprinkle DuraPave OFF WHITE AGGREGATE on the pot hole areas coated with DP LIQUID.
9) Saturate the area with aggregate and add more aggregate on wet bald spots if needed.

To strengthen ASPHALT or CONCRETE potholes repaired using DuraPave water activated repair mix.
1) Apply DuraPave LIQUID liberally on the surface of the repaired patch and let it soak in.
2) For Concrete repairs broadcast USSC's OFF WHITE aggregate to saturation on top of the applied DuraPave LIQUID.
