TERMINATOR is a super concentrated floor wax / polish / sealer / finish remover, stripper formulated by experienced USFT's Research and Development Chemists at its laboratory and test floor facility in Alpharetta, GA. TERMINATOR is a concentrated product yet is far less hazardous to the end user and property. It can be diluted with 30 parts of water, and yet strong enough to be used as a " mop-and-strip " for small areas without machine agitation. Classified as Corrosive Class 8 Hazmat for US DOT shipping. Dilutes with any temperature water, has relatively low odor, creates very little foam, spreads uniformly on the floor without retracting. Does not leave any deposits no stripper residue since it contains no caustic, phosphates or silicates. Qualifies for LEEDS credit.
