• Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occurs only when the products are confirmed as shipped.  

• Order acknowledgements sent by email do not constitute acceptance of your order. 

 

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs, which will be added at checkout. 

• Payment is due at the time of order placement. For certain orders or accounts, credit terms may apply.  

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours unless otherwise noted. 

• Due to carrier restrictions, certain products (e.g., aerosol paints) may only ship via ground transportation. 

• A valid street address (not a P.O. box) is required for delivery. 

 

7. Returns, Warranty & Refunds

• Product Warranty: USSC warrants its products to be free from manufacturing defects and to meet product specifications. If a product is defective, we will replace or refund the item at the purchase price.  

• Returns: Unopened and unused items may be returned only with prior authorization. A restocking fee of 25% may apply.  

• Refunds: Refunds for products returned due to customer error (e.g., ordering incorrect product) are subject to return shipping fees. 

 

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Website or placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
