High performance industrial acrylic coating specially formulated to adhere to all properly prepared and clean surfaces namely wood, brick, sheet rock, aluminum, galvanized metal, steel, iron, previously painted substrates and more. The intense WHITE COLOR of this specially formulated base coat enhances the GLOW IN DARK EFFECT of the GLOWER coating that contains the prime phosphorescent pigment which is applied over this white basecoat.

Description
Manufactured by USSC at its facilities in Atlanta GA, an easy to apply, yet exceptionally durable, water based WHITE coating, used as a reflective base paint primer to enhance the intensity of the glow emissions of the GLOW IN DARK coating system. GLOW in DARK ( GID ) WHITE BASE COAT is non toxic, non flammable, low odor, low VOC, has superior UV resistance, exceptional exterior durability and excellent adhesion to most properly cleaned and prepared substrates. Easy to apply with brush or roller. Clean up with water before dry.
