Old weathered asphalt will show aggregate and have a faded ugly look. Rejuvenate, protect, beautify, and extend the service life of weathered asphalt with economically priced DuraSeal. DuraSeal is not your typical cheap coal tar or asphalt based seal coating. It is a strong yet flexible water based, coating. Being a true coating it dries and cures fast, hence it will not track and stain like conventional seal coatings. Unlike typical seal coatings it does not need any heat during application or curing. DuraSeal is environmentally safe, since it will not leach out harmful poly aromatic hydrocarbons PAH's to the environment in the form of rain water wash off, that asphalt or coal tar based black top sealers do.
