Description
It is tough for conventional paints to adhere permanently to synthetic field turf filaments that are made of very slick polyethylene or polypropylene fibers. USSC has developed several products that will do an excellent job bonding to synthetic turf grass. We can recommend the right product based on varying degrees of user capability and spray equipment requirements. Using high performance DURASTRIPE aerosols is the easiest way to achieve permanent lines and logos on synthetic turf fields. Spray the paint by hand, wand or our aerosol paint striping machines. Apply USSC clear aerosol polyurethane as an extra protection top coat. The clear polyurethane will fuse with base coat to increase the durability and longevity of the paint. However, it will not last for ever. Depending on the intensity of use at the facility, the paint can last from 3 months to 6 months. When paint fades or peels, it can easily be touched-up with convenient to use, aerosol paint. DS is formulated to have the lowest VOC’s Volatile Organic Compounds, the highest percent solids, highest brightness, and the most durability than any paint in its category. It will not harm the synthetic field turf. Cans will spray sharp lines, and they will empty completely and will not clog! It is packaged as twelve 20 ounce by volume, 18 ounces by weight cans per case with a divider between cans for extra safety.
