Super Strength Descaler
Calci-Solve® is a highly concentrated Hydrochloric Acid formulation with superior strength to dissolve rust, lime, calcium, concrete, and hard water and mineral deposits. Low-foaming with special RD-188 inhibitor for use on metal surfaces, Calci-Solve® opens clogged pipes and lines, and removes heavy buildups in a variety of industrial and institutional applications. Ideal for HVAC equipment, cooling towers, heat exchangers, steam equipment, boilers, cores/coils, piping, concrete etching, tanks, and Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) procedures.

Directions

Read the entire label and SDS for proper use, handling and storage before using this product.

Use in well-ventilated areas on acid-safe surfaces. Do not mix with ammonia or bleach. Wear appropriate PPE. Do not use on chrome, aluminum, stainless steel, magnesium, and galvanized surfaces. When properly diluted, Calci-Solve® can be used with rubber, plastic, neoprene, glass, copper, brass, steel, and porcelain.

Dilution ratio will vary with mineral and scale buildup. The following are recommended starting dilutions:

Cooling towers: 10-20 parts water, 1 part Calci-Solve® .

Boilers: 10-15 parts water, 1 part Calci-Solve® .

Heat exchangers, hot water coils, condenser cells: 2-5 parts water, 1 part Calci-Solve® .

When foaming action stops, either unit is clean or limit of solution has been reached. Remove old solution and repeat if necessary. After cleaning, always flush with clean water until water runs clear.
