Face Masks custom design

Custom Face Masks that are reusable, washable, custom printed designs.
These custom printed face masks are reusable and washable. They are coated with an anti microbial and water repellant finish. Each mask has an internal pouch to insert filters that are provided. The filters are also washable and reusable. Masks have been successfully tested through a hospital autoclave machine.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Method - hand or machine on warm water cycle with detergent
Method - boil in water on a stove for 2 minutes
Method - place in the oven at 185 °F for 10 minutes

* Ideally the filter should be washed no more than 5 times before being replaced. This ultimately depends on its condition after regular use and washing, and may deteriorate before
** To ensure the filter doesn't deteriorate prematurely, it is advised to wash the filter whilst still inside the face mask. Avoid scrubbing the filter as this will loosen the fibers.

These masks are not a medical device. It is not intended to be personal protective equipment and should not be used by healthcare professionals or used in a healthcare/clinical environmental or setting. We do not claim to prevent infection of airborne viruses. These masks act as an additional barrier and must be used in conjunction with other preventative measures like personal hand hygiene and social distancing. Made from knitted polyester (outer) with a microbial and water repellent finish, a woven polyester (inner) and an added non-woven needle punched polyester filter for added protection.

* Polyester face masks are more advisable over cotton face masks
** Polyester is an inherently hydrophobic materin in that it repels water droplets whereas cotton is a natural fiber and more likely to absorb water droplets
